I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the California State Board. I am experienced with all aspects of financial reporting, tax and audit, US GAAP reporting, federal contracts cost accounting and reporting.  

I have over 18 years of experience at public and private companies, including high growth FinTech, Software, HealthTech, BioTech/Pharma, where I had various hands-on and manager level roles.  

I am authorized to practice before the IRS and state tax agencies. I can prepare and e-file your returns or resolve any notices and problems. I specialize in the new CARES Act relief, the ERC Employee Retention Tax Credit / ERTC / claims to the IRS for businesses which suffered due to the pandemic downturn.  

I am experienced tax professionals, who is dedicated to providing my clients with the most up-to-date and accurate tax advice. I understand the complexities of the tax code and the importance of minimizing tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

-Tax preparation: I will prepare all necessary federal, state, and local tax returns for my client. I will ensure that all returns are filed accurately and on time to avoid any penalties or interest charges. 

-Tax representation: If you are audited or receive a tax notice, I will represent the company in all dealings with the tax authorities. I will handle all negotiations and communications with the tax authorities on the company's behalf, ensuring that the best outcome is achieved for the company.
